Tara Kennedy
(Gym Owner/Head Coach)

Tara Kennedy was born and raised in Montgomery, AL and became a resident of Prattville in 2009. She is married to Kevin Kennedy and has three children, Ryleigh, Raegan and Reese. In addition to her newest adventure with the cheer gym, she is the Digital Director for Da Pop Advertising. She has been involved behind the scenes with digital marketing in helping businesses grow for over 17 years and is super excited about being able to watch her very own athletes grow. She has been coaching youth cheer since 2004 and is USASF certified. She is excited about the opportunity to bring the Fountain City their first ever All Star Cheer gym.

Alisha Caton
(Gym Owner/CFO)

Alisha Caton is a native of Prattville, Alabama. She has served 20 years in the United States Air Force in many different capacities. She is married to David, and has two daughters, Sarah and Katie Ella. Alisha grew up in the Prattville area and has always loved cheer. She even cheered for the Prattville Bears! Upon having daughters of her own, she ventured back into that world joining Prattville Youth Lions in 2014. She started as team mom/assistant coach working her way to Cheer Coordinator. Alisha has served in every capacity of the Youth Football and Cheer League, ending her last role as League Cheer Coordinator. In 2021, Alisha and Tara decided to try a different route into the competitive cheer league, and started Prattville Elite Cheer. After a highly successful season, and seeing a need in our community, the opportunity presented itself with venturing out on our own. And so Top Flight Cheer was born. The concept and naming idea for Top Flight was created from being the “flight” that starts at the standards of everyone else, and strives to soar above all others in all areas.  In Him, all things are possible.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Paige Jackson
(Head Tumbling Instructor)

Paige Jackson, currently residing in Montgomery, AL. Coming in from California, she brings over a decade of cheerleading and coaching experience to the mat, rooted in a passion for building strong, motivated teams both on and off the sidelines. A proud military wife to Kristopher Jackson and dedicated mom of four to Aaliyah (13), Korinne (6), Kris Jr. (5), and Jordyn (3). Coach Paige, known to many as Coach Jaxx, brings her East Coast roots and West Coast experiences to Alabama, along with her unwavering love for the NFL’s Philadelphia Eagles! A 2009 graduate of Caesar Rodney Senior High School in Delaware, Coach Paige went on to complete her college journey at Southern New Hampshire University, where she will be graduating with her Master’s degree this August 2025! With 4+ years of personal cheerleading experience across private school, all-star level, and open team divisions, Coach Paige then moved into coaching across high school, recreational, and all-star programs. She is CPR and First Aid certified, and she’s known for her ability to inspire athletes and foster positive team morale through her coaching.
Above all, Coach Paige instills in her athletes the importance of being a STUDENT athlete, emphasizing academic success as the foundation of personal and team achievement. Her leadership blends discipline, heart, and high energy, creating a supportive environment where every cheerleader can thrive!

​Hamp Freeman
(Associate Head Coach – Competitive Teams and Tumbling Instructor)

Hey TFC family my name is Hamp Freeman, I was born and raised right here in Prattville. My cheer career started at Prattville High School during my sophomore year, back in 2011. After I graduated I went to Shelton State Community College in Tuscaloosa - where I competed and won two national titles, down at Disney World. After that, I went to Austin Peay State University located in Clarksville, TN. There I competed two more times, placing top 5 in the country both times.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Emma Grace Samples

Emma grace is from Gadsden Alabama. She graduated salutatorian from Gaston High School. She cheered for her varsity team for 6 years and was captain her junior and senior year. She received many awards from UCA and is now a current UCA staffer. She currently cheers at Huntingdon College where she is majoring to be a secondary education teacher. She is also involved in SGA and is a member of the Alpha Omicron Pi fraternity. She enjoys working with kids, reading, eating chick-fil-a, and watching Netflix!

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Grayson Gazell
(Cheer Coach and Tumbling Instructor)

Hey everyone!!! My name is Grayson Gazell, and I am so excited to begin coaching at TFC! I graduated from Prattville High School this past year, and I will be attending Auburn University at Montgomery on a scholarship to cheer beginning in the fall. I was a Prattville cheerleader from 7th-12th grade and also was the captain my senior year in varsity! I was a competitive dancer at Mann Dance Studio, started at the age of two and started competing at the age of four. I have achieved many different titles and awards at dance competitions regionally and nationally and scholarships as well. I am super excited to use my talents and experience to help coach these girls and make my cheer coach dreams come true!
